Did you know that you can change the colour of basic pearls ? How? By heat embossing them!!
All you need to do is cover the pearl in Versamarked then dip into embossing powder and heat. I use my pokey tool to attach the gem on then gently rub it in to the versamark pad . . then gently dip into the pot of embossing powder. Whilst the gem is still on the end of the pokey tool I heat it to melt the powder and turn the gems colour! Leave it on the pokey tool to cool a moment before handling it 😊
