Embossing Folders - Day 4

At last, here's the multicoloured card I promised!

  

I saw a card using this technique by Ann Craig in Australia and loved it. 

She made it look sooooo simple. So I tried it. 

This is my 3rd attempt. The others I tried didn't work well as I had used too many strong colours and the images got lost.

I used Whisper White and Old Olive cardstock. The ink colours used were Pear Pizazz, Tip Top Taupe, Soft Sky and Basic Black. I coloured in the cars using Smoky Slate Marker Pen and Blender Pen.

I'm actually quite pleased with my attempt using the Woodland TIEF and Guy Greeting stamp set.

My youngest has already asked if he can have it for his brother's birthday in February!
