Island Indigo - Day 3

Today's card I've gone spotty!
I used some Daubers and randomly spotted color over the paper using Island Indigo, pool Party,
Melon Mambo and Lemon Lime Twist.

Cutting each of the panels at 1 and a half centimetres from each edge, I then mounted them onto the card.
I used Dimensionals to separate each layer. 

I die cut some of the flowers from the Flourish Thinlits and the messages are from the
Flourishing Phrases stamp set.

I finished off by adding some gorgeous Rhinestones to add a little sparkle.
